THE PERSON BEHIND THE CAMERA
BASED IN SAARBRÜCKEN · A PHOTOGRAPHER SINCE 2018
I’m Jonas Steinbrecher, a photographer based in Saarbrücken. I’ve been working independently since 2018, exploring different kinds of photography and developing my own approach along the way.
I’m drawn to more than perfectly posed pictures. I want to show people and brands at their best, creating images that build trust, get a message across and tell a story.
PEOPLE. BRANDS. MOMENTS.
I work with freelancers, artists, small businesses and larger companies, as well as people looking for portraits that feel true to who they are.
Whether we’re in the studio or on location, creating a fresh look or working within your existing brand identity, the focus stays on what makes you distinctive. That might mean individual portraits, a whole team, a story from your working day or a creative idea. For weddings, it’s the connection you share and the moments that unfold naturally.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
I’m easy-going, adaptable and creative. I like clear communication and a plan that leaves room for ideas. For me, the best results come from taking the work seriously while keeping the atmosphere relaxed.
You don’t have to become someone else in front of my camera. I’ll guide you through the shoot and pay attention to what makes you, you, so the photographs feel like a natural reflection of your personality.
When we click, the images do too: honest, professional and full of life.
A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Here’s a little more about what to expect from a shoot with me.
Not at all. You don’t need to know how to pose or pretend to be someone you’re not. I’ll guide you through the shoot, and we’ll find an approach you feel comfortable with.
Depending on your project, we can shoot in my Saarbrücken studio or on location. We’ll choose a setting that suits you and the photographs you have in mind.
My work brings together business, wedding and studio photography: images for your professional life, the story of your wedding day, and personal portraits with character.
Of course. Tell me what you’re imagining and share any photographs whose mood you love. We’ll use them as a starting point to create something that’s your own.
We’ll talk beforehand about the occasion, the mood you’d like and how you plan to use the photographs. Then we’ll work through clothing, location and what to expect on the day.
Send me a message through the contact form and tell me a little about your plans. We’ll talk through your questions and work out the next steps together.
